Yes — every day of the year, around the clock. In an emergency we recommend calling before you set out so we can prepare for your arrival.
Does the team speak English?
Yes. We serve Ankara's international community — including many families from the nearby embassy residences — and are happy to help you in English, on the phone or in person.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Emergencies are always seen immediately. For routine exams, vaccines and grooming, booking ahead shortens your wait — a WhatsApp message is enough.
Who looks after my pet at the pet hotel?
Our pet hotel operates inside the clinic, which means your pet is under veterinary supervision throughout their stay — the biggest difference from a regular boarding kennel.
How are your prices set?
Our fees follow the Ankara Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons (AVHO) schedule. You'll always get clear pricing before any procedure — no surprises.
