Pet hotel FAQs
What are the boarding requirements?
Up-to-date vaccinations (combination + rabies; kennel cough recommended for dogs) and current parasite prevention. Missing vaccines can be completed at our clinic before the stay.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Familiar food reduces boarding stress. Feel free to bring treats and a blanket that smells like home, too.
How will I know how my pet is doing?
We send regular photo and video updates over WhatsApp throughout the stay, and you can call any time.
Are cats and dogs kept together?
No. Cats stay in a separate, quiet section where they never see the dogs — keeping stress to a minimum.
Do you accept senior pets or pets on medication?
Yes — it's what we do best. Because we're inside a clinic, medication schedules, special diets and health monitoring are handled by the veterinary team.
How is pricing calculated?
