During grooming, our team sees the skin, ears, nail beds and coat up close. Redness, parasites or a suspicious lump get evaluated by our veterinarian in the same visit. We catch many conditions early this way — an assurance no regular groomer can offer.

What does 'vet-supervised grooming' mean?
If our groomers spot redness, parasites, a lump or an ear infection during the session, a veterinarian evaluates it on the spot. The grooming table doubles as an early-detection checkpoint.
My cat hates being groomed — can you still help?
Yes. For stressed or difficult pets we offer sedation-assisted grooming under veterinary supervision — far safer and kinder than a forced grooming session at home.
Which breeds do you groom?
All cat and dog breeds. For double-coated breeds (Golden Retrievers, Huskies etc.) we usually recommend de-shedding care instead of a full shave — we'll advise what's right for your pet.
Do I need an appointment?
Grooming works by appointment so your pet doesn't wait in a queue and gets a calm session. A WhatsApp message with your preferred day is enough.
How long does a session take?
Depends on the coat and service: a bath and blow-dry typically takes 1–1.5 hours, a full groom 2–3 hours. We'll confirm the pickup time when you book.
