Our story began in İncek
Bulut Veterinary Clinic was founded by veterinarian Mücahid Çiftçioğlu in İncek, Ankara — in a bright, modern space right below the Prestij residential complex.
We started with a single question: “Where would we want our own pets treated?”The answer was a clinic that takes no shortcuts, runs blood work before every surgery, answers the phone at midnight, and treats animals and their people with equal respect. That's exactly what we built.
Today we care for İncek's pets — and for Ankara's international community — with comprehensive medical services, an in-house pet hotel and grooming, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. English spoken.
